Way back in 2006, when I realized the serious problems I faced -- and long before I ever thought about writing a book -- I began scanning and assembling documents as I tried to make sense of our family disaster.

It was several years before I realized that none of it mattered. The police and courts knew what happened, and Made's Indonesian and bule friends knew what happened, but no one cared.

All that work finally proved useful, however, as background Notes and References. I will continue to pull existing Documents pages together to expand this list.
