Eleven Demons makes a gripping read, but legal documents can be boring. Documents are necessary, however, to prove what appears at first to be an incredible - and scarcely believable - story.
“Dispute” means there are conflicting documents or conflicting interpretations. There are few disputed facts or documents in the Uluwatu cases.
“Deny” means that a person refuses to acknowledge a fact. Refusing to read documents, refusing communication, refusing mediation, refusing to honor court decisions and fleeing deposition are denials.
