Documents (PDFs)
The original purpose of this website was as a means to gather and make accessible
all the documents necessary to civil and criminal cases in California and Indonesia.
But because documents alone were difficult to understand, I then added a more comprehensive
explanation of the cases.
The documents highlight a difference between “disputing” facts and “denying” facts.
“Dispute” means there are conflicting documents or conflicting interpretations.
There are few disputed facts or documents in the Uluwatu cases.
“Deny” means that a person refuses to acknowledge a fact. Refusing to read documents,
refusing communication, refusing mediation, fleeing deposition, and refusing to
honor court decisions are denials.
The Documents page contains short versions of all available documentation
including personal documents, court records, police reports, letters, emails and
photographs. Each section begins with a summary and many documents contain commentary
or highlights of the important points.
All the documents have been entered into court proceedings and are public record.
